Terms and Conditions for ERN Consulting Group, LLC

Introduction: These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern the use of the virtual assistant services (the "Services") provided by ERN Consulting Group, LLC ("ERN Consulting Group" or "Company"). The Services are intended for use by individuals and businesses who require administrative support, social media management, graphic design, web development, content creation, customer service, bookkeeping, market research, event planning, and virtual assistance services.

Acceptance of Terms: By using the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Services. ERN Consulting Group LLC may modify this Agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of modifications to this Agreement will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.

Service Description: The specific scope of each Service will be agreed upon by you and ERN Consulting Group LLC prior to the commencement of the Services.

Payment Terms: Payment for the Services must be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed upon by ERN Consulting Group. ERN Consulting Group reserves the right to change the payment terms for the Services at any time.

Confidentiality: ERN Consulting Group agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information and data provided by you in connection with the Services, except as required by law. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice to the other party. Warranties: ERN Consulting Group LLC warrants that the Services will be performed in a professional and timely manner, using industry-standard practices and techniques. ERN Consulting Group LLC does not warrant that the Services will meet your specific requirements or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability: ERN Consulting Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ERN Consulting Group LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your breach of this Agreement.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and ERN Consulting Group LLC and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Services.

By using the Services provided by ERN Consulting Group LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.

Return and Refund Policy for ERN Consulting Group, LLC

Introduction: At ERN Consulting Group, LLC we are committed to providing high-quality in-person and virtual assistant services to our clients. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the services provided, we offer a return and refund policy as outlined below.

Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with the services provided by ERN Consulting Group LLC, you may request a return within 3 days of the completion of the services. To request a return, please contact our customer support at evans.jean@ernconsultinggroup.com.

Refund Policy: If your request for a return is approved, ERN Consulting Group will issue a full refund for the services provided. Refunds will be processed within 5 - 7 business days of the approval of the return request.

Limitations: The return and refund policy applies only to services provided by ERN Consulting Group and does not apply to any products or services purchased from third-party vendors. ERN Consulting Group reserves the right to refuse a return and refund if the services provided were performed in accordance with the scope of work agreed upon by you and ERN Consulting Group.

Disclaimer: ERN Consulting Group does not guarantee the results of the services provided, and a full refund may not be possible in cases where the services provided have already been partially or fully completed.
